Find Fallout: New Vegas in the list and select Install.Navigate to where the game is installed ( GOG Galaxy\Games by default) and, if present, delete the Fallout New Vegas folder.Right-click on it and select Manage Installation -> Uninstall.Navigate to Documents\My Games and delete the FalloutNV folder.Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\ and, if present, delete the Fallout New Vegas folder.Right-click on it and select Manage -> Uninstall.You obviously only need to follow the directions for the version you have.
